2017 has arrived whether we are ready or not! Some of us will welcome the New Year with the possibilities of hope and peace. Others of us will be apprehensive with the uncertainty and unfamiliarity of the future. Life after the death of a child, grandchild or sibling is challenging, especially in the early months and years. Celebrations may be difficult and may bring about anxiety. PLEASE, remember to take good care of yourself during the upcoming weeks. We have just come out of months of high expectations from the general public, family and friends.
