Spring is finally on its way. For some, it will be a welcomed relief from this cold, dark, long winter. For some, the reminder of new life will be hard on their hearts. Either way, it is our grief. A grief which tends to ebb and flow with each change of the season. A grief which may find peace in the dark or may rejoice in the sun! The most important thing to remember is that you have permission to feel, cry, and grieve in any way that is comfortable to you. If it ever gets to rough, your compassionate friends are here to help you, sit with you, or just listen to you!
