May/June Newsletter

Here is our Bi-monthly newsletter for May and June.  These months can be especially hard with Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.  Please remember to be gentle with your self.  Listen to your heart and only take on as much as you can handle.  Set aside some time for remembering and honoring your child and a good cry if needed.  You are the owner of your grief and no two journeys are the same.  What works today for you may not work tomorrow.  Our grief is a two step dance.  Two steps forward, one step backwards and sometimes the opposite!  There is hope, there is love and your pain will soften with time.  Reach out for support when you need it-we are always here for each other.  You need not walk alone!
