The Holidays are quickly approaching and many of us feel a sense of fear as we anticipate the season and how we will handle the family and social obligations. Please remember to set boundaries and if possible come up with a plan of attack for how you will handle the stress and any obligation you may have to participate in. Welcome to summer, like it or not! Many of us find summer to be a very difficult time. School is out and it symbolizes a time of carefree living. Family vacations, barbecues, pool parties, beach time, camping, all things that remind us of what was or should have been.
